Delivery and Shipping Information
Where the sender is located?
It doesn’t matter where you are located, as long as you have an internet connection, PayPal or credit card, you can buy load from Morbie and send it to a mobile subscriber in the Philippines.
Where the mobile subscriber is located?
Morbie sends top up or mobile load or airtime minutes through the internet to mobile numbers under Philippine cellular networks. The recipient can also be in another country outside of the Philippines, as long as it is subscribed under a Philippine based mobile network, Globe Telecom, Smart Communications or Sun Cellular.
How fast is load/mobile credits/recharge/top up/airtime sent? And how long until recipient receives it?
As soon as payment is completed, our system automatically processes the order and the load/top up/airtime credits are sent instantly to the intended recipient. The recipient in turn should receive the load credits at the same time, with them receiving an SMS notification from their mobile network informing them of the same.
While 99.5% of all orders are processed instantly, unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances such as cellular network congestion or network downtime and maintenance may cause delays. Nonetheless, there is no need to worry as orders are simply queued and processed automatically once the network is running smoothly again.

What if recipient never gets the load/mobile credits/recharge/top up/airtime credits?
While there have been very few reported cases, if the recipient does not receive the sent load, simply send us an email to office@morbie.com with the transaction details and an investigation will be conducted immediately. A customer support team member will see through the completion of the investigation and will keep you informed of each progress.
Lastly, since all orders are under Morbie’s money back guarantee, any unprocessed orders within 24hours are automatically refunded back to the client, no questions asked.
